On 1^st October 2021 we appointed a new holiday letting agent Nelson Bay Accommodation after terminating the Unit 1 Albacore holiday letting agency with Holidays by The Bay/ Holiday Rental Specialists.  After the termination, Holidays by The Bay/ Holiday Rental Specialists emailed some guests who had booked the property prior to October 2021 falsely claiming that the unit had been withdrawn from the holiday rental market and offering them alternative accommodation for their booked dates at “One Albacore”. Holiday Rental Specialists also failed to pass customer bookings and deposits to our new agent Nelson Bay Accommodation. 

The property was managed Winning Holidays prior to our acquisition of the unit in 2015 and the letting agency remained with them until July 2019 when, after a number of service difficulties following which arose after the acquisition of Winnings by Alloggio, we appointed Holidays by the Bay.

After extensive renovations that included a new kitchen, new appliances, new bathrooms, carpets, painting throughout and instillation of an air conditioner this beachfront ground floor apartment is available for holiday rental from Friday 11^th December2020. “One Albacore” is currently available for holiday rental from Sunday 19th to Friday 24th January, from Saturday 8th February to Thursday 27th February, and from Sunday 8th March 2020 onwards.
