One Albacore – Holiday Rental Listings
For several years prior to our purchase of the apartment in 2015, Unit 1 Albacore was listed for holiday rental with Winning Holidays. Winning Holidays was acquired by Alloggio in September 2017 and agency was moved Holidays By The Bay (HBTB) in July 2019. Following the acquisition of HBTB by Holiday Rental Specialists in May 2021 and a substantial decline in service standards, the holiday rental agency was moved on 1st October 2021 to Mc Grath Nelson Bay Accommodation (prior to the sale of O’Meara Nelson Bay Accommodation to Mc Grath).
